I established my private counselling practice in 2004 in Edinburgh and moved in 2010 to East Lothian.

I live in Cockenzie with my husband and dog; my hobbies include walking the dog, creative writing and photography.

Amaranth

Why the name Amaranth?

Amaranth Counselling is named after the flower Amaranthus caudatus commonly known as “Love Lies Bleeding” The amaranth flower in ancient times was associated with psychological healing and its name means "immortal" due to the long duration of its flowers. Personally I just liked the name.
